Add a script to run the tests.

Add proper implementations of drmGetMinorNameForFD etc.

These use (new) OS-specific interfaces in libdrm.
Tests for these interfaces are in getsundev,
and indirectly in getclient, ge

Fix drmdevice test failure in drmParsePciDeviceInfo

The path arg to drmParsePciDeviceinfo can be relative to /dev/dri

Fix drmGetDeviceNameFromFd() by dropping clone minor bits.
